Utility Installation Frequency test tab

  • Expected processor frequency - The highest speed the tested processor is manufactured to run.
  • Reported processor frequency - The speed the tested processor is running.
  • Expected system bus - The highest frequency the system bus on the tested processor is manufactured to run.
  • Reported system bus - The actual system bus speed the tested processor is running.
  • Reported cache memory - The actual size of the highest level of processor cache. If the processor has L3 cache, the amount of L3 cache is displayed. But if L2 cache is the highest level, the actual size of L2 cache is displayed.

    Small variations in clock frequencies are common. If there looks to be a significant variation, contact your computer or processor manufacturer for technical support information.

This tab provides a Yes | No designation for technologies included in the processor:

CPUID data tab

  • Processor classification - Type, family, model, stepping and revision information.
  • Processor details - Cache sizes, packaging information and Platform Compatibility Guide level.
  • Other Intel processor features - Displays additional technologies of the processor, including Execute Disable Bit and Enhanced Halt State (if available).
